Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Repeat no-shows or late cancellations may result in the requirement of a non-refundable deposit for future bookings or refusal of the further services in nail_desk

All appointments must be booked in advance, either online, by phone, or in person.

A confirmation message will be sent to your email upon booking.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time, rescheduling and fees

If you are late up to 15 minutes nail_desk reserves the right to cut your appointment to a shorter one in the price of a booked one.

If you are more than 15 minutes late nail_desk may refuse to service you at this time and request a fee.
